So of course, me & Andy ate the same things, but here're different pictures. Andy made portabello paninis with sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheese. Our bonus points? Quinoa sprinkled over a salad of red chard (something new), leafy greens and bell peppers. On the side was an assortment of crispy kale (paprika, chili powder, salt & pepper). It's quite odd how kale can taste just like potato chips! Yum!
And we had Indian food earlier in the week, which had some spicy lentil dish...can't quite remember the name. But it was delicious =)
