Hopefully it's okay that I'm uploading my photos on one post...otherwise, that sucks. ;) So...earlier in the week I had to have my Albertacos fix. Though I REALLY wanted a California Burrito, I decided on the messy awesomeness of their bean tostada & cheese enchilada plate:
One night for dinner I made Veggie Tofu Fajitas (but I stuffed mine too much so they were more like tacos than fajitas:
