Who says sandwiches are boring!

Super easy and yummy!  Toasted bread, teriyaki tofu, a slice of lettuce and a veggie stir fry. =)

    That sandwich you made actually looks really yummy. Do you cook the teriyaki tofu??

    Nope...it's called Baked Teriyaki Tofu from Trader Joe's! I just pull it out of the package and cut it in half =) It'll make 2 sandwiches =)
